How do I place an order? You can easily order online by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. If you are a business looking to order cowhides at wholesale pricing, please call, text or email .
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards. Your payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards? We do not currently offer gift wrapping or gift cards. However, we are happy to dropship your order directly to the recipient with a personalized note. Please provide the recipient's address and your desired message during checkout.

Shipping

Where do you ship? We offer free shipping to anywhere in the United States on all retail orders. For international shipping, please contact us via email for a quote.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free for all retail orders within the United States. For wholesale orders, shipping costs are determined based on the actual shipping charges.
How long does it take to ship? Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.
Can I track my order? Yes, you can track your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
What happens if my rug is damaged during shipping? While we take great care in packaging our cowhide rugs, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a suitable replacement.

What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day exchange policy on all cowhide rugs except for custom-made patchwork cowhide rugs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another cowhide rug of equal or greater value.
How do I return a rug? To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email or phone. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return your rug.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged cowhide rug back to you.
When will I receive my refund? We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. If you exchange your rug for one of lesser value, you will receive store credit for the difference. If you exchange your rug for one of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

How do I clean my rug? Spot clean your cowhide rug with mild soap and water. Dawn dish soap is a good option. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
How do I remove stains? If your rug gets stained, blot the stain immediately with a clean cloth to remove as much of the spill as possible. Then, spot clean the area with mild soap and water.
Can I vacuum my rug? Yes, you can vacuum your cowhide rug. However, it is best to use only the suction function and avoid using the beater bar, which can cause additional wear and tear.
How do I store my rug? The preferred method for storing your cowhide rug is to lay it flat. If you must fold it, avoid creasing the hide. Do not store your rug in an airtight container, as this can promote mold growth.
What is the best way to protect my rug? Regular cleaning and vacuuming will help to protect your cowhide rug and keep it looking its best. You can also use a rug pad to help prevent slipping and protect the floor underneath.

What sizes are available? Natural cowhide rugs range in size from approximately 2 feet by 3 feet to 8 feet by 7 feet. Patchwork cowhide rugs are available in standard sizes such as 2x3, 3x5, 4x6, 6x8, and 9x11 (plus or minus 1 to 2 inches for seam allowances), as well as custom sizes to fit your specific needs.
What materials are your rugs made from? Our cowhide rugs are made from genuine leather that has been chrome-tanned.
Where are your rugs made? The majority of our cowhide rugs are sourced directly from Brazil. Occasionally, we may offer cowhides from other South American countries, which will be noted on the product page.
Are your rugs ethically sourced? Yes, our cowhide rugs are ethically sourced. All of our cowhides are a byproduct of the beef industry, meaning that no animals are harmed for their hides.
Are your rugs safe for children and pets? Yes, our cowhide rugs are safe for children and pets.
Will my dog chew my new cowhide rug? In general, dogs and other pets do not like the taste of chrome-tanned leather and are not prone to chewing on cowhide rugs. The tanning process used for cowhide rugs is different from that used for rawhide or vegetable-tanned leather, which some dogs may find more appealing to chew on.

Do you have a physical store? We do not have a physical store. However, we travel throughout the United States to offer our cowhides at large events. If you would like to make an appointment to meet us in person to hand-pick a larger wholesale order, please contact us.
