Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your cowhide rug for a different product, we offer a 60-day exchange policy. Here's how it works:

• Initiate an Exchange: Contact us within 60 days of your purchase to request an exchange. You can reach us by email or by phone .  

• Equal or Greater Value: You can exchange your rug for any product of equal or greater value. If you choose a product of greater value, you'll need to pay the difference.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Replacement Shipping: You will be responsible for all shipping charges for any exchange.  This also includes shipping the item back to us as well as shipping the replacement product back to you.

• Product Condition: Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging, including all tags .

Please note: No refunds for returned products. If you exchange for an item of lesser value, we will issue a store credit valid for two years from the date of exchange .
